I think "reesayer" means send again? Meaning it didn't actually send the message due to some error on your side, so they didn't get your ticket.

Translation says that is says "Hello and welcome to the Kabam Montreal support service! We strive to answer between 24 hours on Monday and Friday, but it may take longer if the number of requests is very high" which is what they tell us on the English support message. So basically you just need to wait for a response
