There is no global disconnecting issue known. We'd need much more information.

Kodaav-Ahrk#63250, steam and iOS. iPhone 13, pc. I get disconnected 10/50 times I hop on. Mainly my phone. In WC there’s been others that have same issue.

I thought it was because I had the game still opened then went to another app. And would go back and it’s just refreshing itself. But no, I started to clear app entirely but issue still occurred.

I'm having bad disconnect issues as well. 10 times in a row then it lets me in for 2 minutes and disconnects again. Android. Katala#19652

Again, there's no kind of global disconnect issue. If you're having persistent issues disconnecting but only on one platform (e.g. your phone is acting up but Steam is fine) then that'd suggest it to be an issue with your device. If it happens on all platforms, then it's likely an account crash or similar, which would necessitate filing a support ticket for us to offer personal assistance

I'm having this problem for more than a week and with all of my devices. It always rolls back from few seconds to a full minute

When I have this problem with my phone, I think it was due to Wi-Fi connection but when I experience the same issue dozens of times a day on my computer, which is connected via a cable, it doesn’t sound very plausible

PC Steam, I am also disconnecting and my shop uh.. looks wrong after I reconnected getting one of these messages

I was getting 4006 on iPhone 17 And Steam Win 11.
Was getting it every 2 min.
but now it works again.

So it might be working again now.
