All items have a chance for multicraft (double) and increased quality, however stones don't have quality. Wish there was a talent tree perk or ascension (perk? though theres already that +50% chance) to triple craft stones. The probability may be the same as if crafting an epic or legendary item.
Will it lower price for gemstones and stones? Yes, probably. But its probably good so that some players can afford it in the market.
