They raised the guild lvl to 20 from 18 years ago and stated they would never raise it again. 20 is a good number. It's hard enough for top guilds to keep 20 members as it is.

20members is a good number.
Idd like to see more of a babysitter spot where a low level 0-50 can join without consequences. No investment counts etc. But can benefit from events and higher shoplevels

bigger guilds are pretty difficult because, the devs would need to rebalance half of the game for this. also being a guildmaster isnt a nice job and managing more than 20 people ....
