#Can't buy Void Chest

I'm running into an issue with the void chest. Its just an endless loading image when i try to buy and it from the chest page. It never takes the money or gives me the chest. I cant even find the void chest in the market normally it only seems to show up when i go through the chests page. Several of my guild members have had the same issue off and on and can't seem to work out why or how to fix it.

You are probably too low a level, its a bug of sorts where the chest still shows even tho you can't buy it, cause the tier level is too high

Odd, i've purchased it before with no issue

And my guildmates are higher level and wouldn't have that issue.

I'm level 52 but my guildmates are higher hand have the same issue.

i dont kknow why you were able to Buy the Chest before, but you need another Level

My guild leader Imb777#21740 is level 68. They should be able to buy the void chest and can't. It's not just a level issue, though I concede that will prevent me personally. But there is unfortunately still a bug there.
