Hi, i cleared the tower but didnt claim the titan soul yet... and the tower icon and everything with it just insta gone... and cant claim the titan soul anymore

Did you success in killing the Titan? Because it'll be there until you claim it or if you didn't actually beat it.

If you're certain then you need to open a ticket as this is discord and they don't do support here
