think an additional 10% would be enough if it was a thing, think it should just be applied to all buildings instead of just guild choice, as higher leveled guild would gain more of an advantage due to quicker cooldown of guild choice

Also don't think this should be a thing as it would slow down progress and cause issues in guilds if people do or don't wait. I would enjoy it as more invests, but I see it being a source of argument personally
