Basic things: check you're logged in (I don't think packs are visible without being logged in), checks you're in the "Featured Offers" section

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t new accounts go through a handful of older ‘antique’ mega packs before seeing anything current? 🧐

The only packs I see are back-to-school packs

Ah okay, then it's what Zis mentioned and you are going through a selection of older offers before you can see the newest offers. We refer to this as "precycles".

Once you have seen all precycles, or you unlock a tier 9 blueprint, you can begin seeing the latest mega packs.
