So I had these arrows equip on an hero and when I put the elemental stone on it, impossible to equip it anymore and all it's stats are 0...

I don't get it...

Quivers can only be equipped if you have a ranged weapon equipped as well (so gun, crossbow, or bow)

If you equip one but then remove the ranged weapon the quiver stats get set to 0 to stop you bypassing that restriction

So the bug was that before I put the elemental stone even if I had a sword equip it work?

Did u try unequipped bow & quiver. Then equip bow again then quiver... It should work
