I currently play and most of the time I load up the game I can play for hours. Love it. However it never seems to save. Only at home on perfect internet connection it saves 50% of the time but it's like whenever I use data it always just never saves..... it's getting really annoying....

The game should be syncing to the server periodically and saving your progress.
When you stop playing, do you immediately close the app/window?
Sometimes the game can get de-synced from the server and progress from the last 30 seconds or so is lost, so if you want to play it safe, take a few seconds to go into the town, and pull up the individual investment list for any of the buildings.
This will force the game to sync to the server and save all progress.

Hey sorry. I tried looking, do you maybe have a screen shot on where to find the (individual investment list)? I just looked and I'm not too sure what to look for.
