Bishops and clerics innate healing skill has a fixed number (max + 20 HP/turn for bishops and 10 HP/turn for clerics). As gear and monsters have reached higher tiers, and stat numbers increased over time, their healing has gradually diminished in value and become less significant. This got me thinking that maybe it could be a good idea to make their healing skill %-based (like most other skills are)? For example it can give a fixed % of their full HP stat per round. I'm not sure what a balanced % value would be, but I'd imagine somewhere in the range of 2-4 % seems reasonable for a fully leveled bishop? 4 % would mean the bishop can fully heal themselves over the course of 25 rounds. Another potential advantage is that the healing would also scale better as a new recruited cleric or bishop levels up.

True! My Bishop are underperform as a blue type hero...
There are also few more heroes that still not really worth having as an End Game heroes. Example Mage and Wanderer...
(not saying they are bad, it's just they are not that strong compared to others)

not that much in the nature element department tho
fighter(soldier) tier 1
rogue wanderer tier 4
mage druid tier 3
Soldier / Mercenary - Already Good
Wanderer / Pathfinder - Still Low Overall
Mage / Archmage - Still Low Overall
Druid / Arch Druid - Acceptable
