Hello,
I'm currently experiencing a "bug"—or at least I'm not sure.
My guild gave me 55 T12 rifles to help me gain XP, but since last Saturday, no customers want to buy them. They're clearly displayed in my shop and easily accessible. I previously did the same with T12 wands, and they sold without any issues. (I don't have either of the two paid workers).
I've also unlocked T12 items for crafting and have already crafted some (T12 mundras, remedies)

You're only at shop expansion 6/9. The size of your shop determines the level of your customers so as you mentioned people can occasionally buy those t12, but it's not going to be a consistent thing

Oh, really? Okay, thank you 😔. The idea was originally to level up to 60. 😦

Yeah sorry. I don't know the exact size to level needed but I know the heroes need to be level 33 to access T12. What level are walking around your shop?
