GooberHasA_Twitch So KickGoober: Mine does this on bounties and just for fun to piss me off. Not too sure if it is a Steam thing or a game thing, My ID is Goober5654. As I said Steam is the platform used. I run Win 10 on PC. If I could recreate this then I would but it is random. I do not think it is just the bounties that are doing it though as I just had it happen and the bounty message in the top right corner did not come up this time.
