#legendary item glitched sold incorrectly

The game froze on me while I was selling some other item (probably a tier 1 club) and my legendary archdruid magician hat tier 14 fully enchanted was requested by other client, I tried to offer any other item or refuse the sale but since the game wasn't responding, I closed the game.
Afterwards I realized the item was gone, can I please have it back?

I have yet to see them reimburse or replace an item you've accidentally sold (barring game wide bugs).
