#Real Merchant Vs Bugs

I believe it's fair to stop counting days on the royal merchants' plan while the game is riddled with bugs.

Or add days to the royal merchant plan after the problems have been resolved.

I don't think it's right to pay for a game while it has so many bugs.

That's not something we can do. We fundamentally cannot adjust Royal Merchant timings, because of how they sync up with platform subscriptions (which we do not have the ability to adjust, since that's on the platform end and not the "us" end.)

If a player loses out on RM time because a bug is preventing them for playing, they remain able to write in via the support queue and get compensation for those lost days. But that requires an issue blocking them from playing.

Do you really think it's right to pay for something with problems?

If those bugs aren't directly preventing access to the thing paid for, yes. Absolutely. Pausing all subscriptions every time a bug of any kind is encountered would be totally unfeasible.

Broad-scale issues affecting the player base are dealt with in the form of compensation packs.

I think this would force you to be more cautious when hiring programmers and releasing more stable versions.
