several members of my guild in the mid 50s did not receive the lesser artifact keys. they have the lesser chests and have opened 0 artifact chests and have 0 keys most of them are on phone and dont use discord so wont file reports just putting in out there.

For what it's worth, every user I've checked has been mistaken and did receive the key. But yes, please leave your ID and I'd be glad to double check.
