Components tier changed for market

A bunch of components had their tier change, making players unable to access market for it (or accessing it too early). Deep Coral was tier 8, and now is tier 7. Thread of Fate has moved from 7 to 8, Grim Talon from 9 to 8, Crystal Lullaby from 8 to 9, Crush Claw from 10 to 9, Zirconia Eggshell from 9 to 10, Outsider's Clas from 11 to 10, Raw Obsidian from 10 to 11, Demigod Pinion from 12 to 11, All-Seeing Eyes from 11 to 12.

May I add these appearances?

First should be 10 and the latter 8.

And this should be 9 instead of 8 - it does appear when filtered for 9, though.
