did you compare crafting time gauntlet T14 before and after skill?
because there is wallace crafteing speed bonus for all his blueprints, not only for gauntlets
worker level bonus and advanced research skill bonus is different

with 1st milestone done, my crafting time is 2h 15m, wallace level 38

So, in the video you're demonstrating a new t11 craft and not a new t14 craft. These things tend not to be retroactive and won't affect anything already crafting.
