Give a guild option to not allow players with leader board bans to join

This might be a very niche guild setting for guilds, but we have set our guild to open and a low-ish player level setting to let them max their workers and leave, but we had a few players with leader board bans.

but if it is too niche to be worth the effort to implement thats ok

I like this idea, and I think it should be an option if not a default for all guilds. Leaderboard bans are a penalty, and should be enforced as such.
