Create some new ping roles

Allow for people to opt into getting a giveaway ping, currently you either keep the server unmuted and get every single ping, or mute it and get none, but the amount of times I've wanted to join a giveaway but miss it because I never know if a giveaway has started or not, I'd love for a giveaway ping to just get via id:customize , and maybe not stop there, maybe even a webstore ping for when a new week has rolled around for the weekly free claim (or just webstore news in general)

That's if everyone manually sets that per channel rather than going off of an entire server related ping changes, having roles setup would avoid that because even people that don't know discord too well knows "click to enable, click again to disable" rather than knowing to right click that specific channel
