#Polonia: Update text in "skills" tab to reflect her actual loot-related skills

Currently Polonia has 2 loot-related skills:

  • (Past rank 7, IIUC) 100% chance to increase tier of non-stolen loot. Not level-capped.
  • 50% Chance to steal more loot, capped at T11/T12 depending on talent tree.

Her current skill text says "50% chance to steal super valuable items from monsters" which really only describes that second skill.

The first one should be mentioned in her skills tab, and as separate line-item so it's more obvious why she should be used-- It's the difference between "Why you should send her out in ToT A LOT" and "Why would you use her in ToT".

When it was part of Sia's ability the text was incredibly clear - to quote the v2.2.0. datasheet:

  • Rank 1: Slightly more valuable loot found.
  • Rank 4: More valuable loot found.
  • Rank 7: Loot found is much more valuable.
  • Rank 11: Loot found is way more valuable!

Just add that to Polonia's text and should be good.

This definitely needs some sort of change. Ideally, it would be clearly indicating that two separate effects are applied here, something like "50% chance to steal items from monsters. Regular loot drops are also increased in value." That might be too wordy, and I'm sure it can be phrased better, but something along those lines is needed.

Right now the only way for players to find out that Polonia's ability has two distinct effects is if they (1) go back and read ancient patch notes, or (2) track down specific messages in this Discord, or (3) closely follow sites like ST Central (and even then, know where to look). Fundamental information like this should be found in the primary source, i.e. the game itself!
