I got a problem. My wife accidentally deleted google play games data on her phone when formating it. We contacted google play about this problem and they directed us to kabam. We sent mail to kabaam twice but there was no return to us. Can you help us for this please? Did you happen to set up cross-connect before the data was wiped?

You should be able to recover progress through that then
What happens when you start the game - is it on the create a new character screen or?

yes it starts a new char. screen. after we join the game and try to connect to kabaam, we cant reach our old game. it starts 1 lv

So (just to clarify)

  • You start the game
  • Choose already have an account
  • Input your wife's email
  • Input the code
    And it's displaying (instead of her account) a level 0 character with a name you don't recognise yeah?

Okay, so what that sounds like is cross-connect was set up backwards (it linked to a new account instead of her actual account)
Support can help with that if you open a ticket with them and explain the situation.
There is something we can try in the meantime and that's seeing if she was platform linked

  • Go through the create a new character process
  • Do the very first part of the tutorial until you can access the menu
  • Then tap on the menu > settings > press the connet button (not the kame cross connect button, the other one)

You'll need to go through that to resolve your cross-connect problem but see if that platform link works first ^
