I believe the Bounty portion of the game has needed to be improved for a long time. A lot of players don’t even bat an eye toward completing bounties. I feel like this is because of the indirect benefit that person receives from finishing them. The renown put towards guild perks is nice and the grab bags are largely slept on imo… all the same… bounties are an afterthought for most.
I think if there was more reward for the individual player maybe more bounties would get finished. Reducing the Guild Req cooldown as reward for completing bounties would help not only keep players online longer but also promote guild growth as a whole. Most players have complained about the guild req cooldown being too long. I agree that it should be a limited tool but any action a player could take to reduce the timer would only increase activity for the game.
If each Bounty Trophy earned also reduced the Cooldown by 15 mins or so a player could reduce their timer by a few hours a day. New timers would start at 24 hours as they always have. On a good day I can earn around 60 trophies… at 15 mins each would result in 15 hours taken off my cd timer. Not completely eliminating the cooldown and not a feat an individual can achieve every day.
Just a thought.
