The ZIP/Postal Code in the billing information has support for the format you mention, however the format is automatically determined based off your location using your IP address.

Can you confirm the following (feel free to DM me if you prefer):

  • Your region and country
  • You are not using a VPN, Proxy, Tunneling or Location Spoofing tool
