#14.4 update from 10/31 did not show in Steam

It seams Steam did not install the 14.4 release. On the game page it shows the release notes, but the update never happened and it doesn't have a way for me to force the game to update or anything. This is related to the 2 other bugs just reported (I think) where the KC event won't start AND I was unable to purchase LCOG rewards with Gems.
