@vocal charm He doesn'tmean the collection book. He means the ascensions, the three stars over every item.
In some categories you are able to do more ascensions than the path shows.
As an example, there are 29 spirits if you ascend them all you have in total 87 stars but on the path are only 75 stars.
He wants more rewards for the player who gets all the stars.

They previously extended the ascension lines however they seemed to have forgotten spirits and elements.

oh I thought he meant he wanted 2 more stars added to every item. the first 3 work like normal, but the new 2 are locked till you master the bp.
This would mean all bps could give 5 stars total, and we would need way more shards to fully ascend everything.
