So as the title suggests, I'd like to bring more customization to the heros. We already have vanity gear from the book as well as various skin and hair colors.
However, I'd like to suggest the ability to customize each hero like you would the shopkeeper, as well as a various race options other than human. The city and our champion roster is full of non humans and I'd like to show some love to the non human heros as well.
Accessories.
If this menu was integrated into the customization options and ignored gear I think it would be a great way to get some flavor for our heros as they are the end game of shop titans. I also think this would improve revenue for the game to offset the design cost of implementation. For example, once I find a look for my avatar, and I don't speak for everyone, I'm unlikely to change the look unless I find something better, and repeat indefinitely making it harder and less likely I buy a pack each time.
However, extending the ability to put those items on my 30 heros will let me add a theme to each one with a variety of options and packs I'll want to buy to fit their needs.
Races
We only have human races and I'm not counting skin colors like green as being good enough for orcs.

I'd also add that it would improve the existing vanity system as you can already make armor appear unequipped and this would let the accessories show through.
I'd also like to be able to put items we've completed in the book on my shopkeeper but that's a different post.
