Sounds like your friend just hooked it up in reverse. Support can fix that for them, yeah

They'll need to reach out, let us know both accounts' names and #12345s, and they'll have to include a screenshot of one of their purchase receipts if they've made any real-money purchases as proof of account ownership

Once we have that, it's just a quick cut/paste on our end
