with 1% surcharge i got the same amopunt or less than with 5% in the talent tree

is the same item, one sold when i have one point in the talent tree and the second one is when I put all 5 points. supposse one is 1% other is 5%

just realize when I show a mate my surcharge a few days ago and now today I got the same surcharge

was trying to think of a weird scenerio where the customer was locked into a different pricing agreement

then I waste 4 points in my talent tree if I am going to get the same amount of surcharge
