#Advanced Filtering Is Broken While Enchanting

When I am trying to use a specific enchant (any quality) to enchant an item, I can do this manually without any issues. But when I use the enchant and I want to filter our only the items with specific quality, the game tells me I don't have any items to enchant.

Why is that?

For example in the recording below, let's say I want to enchant Slide Grease (Flawless) with an Epic enchant. I know it's silly and I won't do that, don't worry, but I just wanted to demonstrate that advanced filtering in this case is broken.
