The ability to use extra titan souls on an already souled hero to give a small boost. Maybe something like increase stats by like 1% to 5% each time, similar to how champions get a small stat boost with they get the + ranks after 11.

Woof... I don't think I'd enjoy that at all. I already feel like the tiny bit of increase I get from my champions going from rank 11+19 to 11+20 is small enough as it is, but to do that with my heroes too? Not to mention it would make the leaderboards go kind of bonkers because you'd see heroes with these really weirdly inflated titan stats.
I'd prefer something a bit more meaningful, like the titan skill die idea where you could pick your own skill, or maybe something a bit more eventful and impactful.
