Like in the screenshot, but always show for the grand prize.
Even if we have to go to the tracker and click on the grand prize, please at least give us some easy way to know how much we actually need.

To add to this: maybe also an indicator somewhere on the tracker showing how many extra points a you’ve contributed to the team total beyond your personal needs? Team work is important too, not just the final prize.
A simple change to the formatted string composition like this, maybe?
