It would be nice to see your guildmates walking about town, and you could zoom in and see their outfits, which would give us another reason to care about those too.
I also strongly believe the Guildmaster should have a more distinguished house in town and not just the same exact one as everyone else, which brings me to the third suggestion: it would be cool if we could at least choose the roof colour, every house is the same and it would be cool to see from afar the personal touch of your guildmates. Or they could coordinate and basically make the town a different colour.
