Was thinking that if your are going to change guilds with someone (eg couples) that you loose the friendship bonus. How about being able to fuse a token that is used when you change to a new guild and if someone from the old guild joins you the friendship bonus stays.

The transfer token has a 24 hour limit. If a guild is merging or a couple or friends are moving to a new guild to retain the bonus it must be within 24 hours, otherwise friendship is reset to 0.

To slow down the usage of this token the craft of it would be costly, 1 soul, 1 oth, 1 let maybe 50 perfect moonstones and takes a few days to craft, and has a limit of 1 in your inventory

I'm sorry, I know it's magic and all but there is no amount of friendship that's worth a soul. 😛

In all seriousness though, having a 24 hour grace period where you retain your friendship levels with your previous guild would be far easier to implement and wouldn't be all that exploitable.

I don't know why friendship bonus would ever be tied to a guild in the first place - why isn't it just friend to friend regardless of which guild you both are in and whenever you're together, you get the benefit?

That is because we don't have a friends function in the game. We only have a guild.

there is already a timeperiod where this is the case

although i am unsure if it's 24 hours but at least a short time is not a problem

It didn't work for me when I jumped to a new guild with three other guildmates. We all started with zero friendship in the new guild.

So I feel like you've misread what I'd like, which is to keep friendships with your old guildmates if you all move to a new one. You know, so that leaving a dead guild doesn't throw away your old friendships? I don't know, I'm dyslexic so maybe I've worded it badly.

I think this is a very good idea, there needs to be more incentives in which leaving dying guilds is worth it as there needs to be a push of more players for top guilds. Recruiting is already hard enough and the game shouldn’t make it harder
