It has been about 20 hours. My App Store is not showing an update so that is not the issue. May I please have some help?

Can you elaborate? Why are you unable to log into the game? What error are you receiving?

I have asked my guild to send my user id , so I am waiting on that. My user name is LadyJ. I use iOS 14 but will update to 16 now. iPhone 11.

So no error, it just hangs on the loading bar?

Check your app store for Shop Titan updates
Check your device’s settings for a software update
Try rebooting your device
Close down any other background apps before loading Shop Titans
Try loading the app on mobile data
Try using a different wi-fi connection
Clear your Shop Titans app cache
Reinstall the app from app store
