#Titan Soul missing.

I had 3x Titan Souls in my inventory before last bugged ToT. This friday I wanted to use them and spot that they are missing in my inventory.
In that bugged ToT i started Alpha and jumped to Epsilon tower around 24-27th lvl when I realized I can do that threw main shop window (I always enter events threw city window and there I couldn't choose tower difficulty).
I reporter that im friday with ingame "Contact us" but ofc choosed wrong option (game crash) and till now I have no answer.
I play on Android 13 system on Rog Phone 6 if it can help.
