#(Minor) Collection score progress

The t13 release notes say that the collection score shouldn't pop up until you meet a reward. It's happened twice on my phone, once when completing a item vanity, and another just now for donating a one off.

Haven't seen it yet on PC so might be something weird going on. Nothing game breaking, just weird going on.
