Hello!

Since yesterday evertime I launch the game, it gets blocked at the same time I can't click anywhere.
I tried to restart the application, my phone, even uninstall / reinstall the game, nothing works...

My phone is a Samsung S10 on Android 12

Looks Like you need to file a support ticket. sending the ticket via webform, you should include your ingamename#12345 in the tickettext.
