I would like to see skins for heroes and shopkeepers to make an entrance in the next BIG update.
I mean we've got elvish/orc/goblin/... workers and champions so I think it would be logical for our heroes and shopkeepers to get the same treatment.

Then at least grant us elven ears. Dwarves and halflings can already be obtained by changing height and width.
