Investments Bug?

The issue: Our guild recently got the Restaurant up to Level 12. The next day, investment was down significantly, and the chef was level 11 again. Our guild membership looks unchanged, so its not a case of someone leaving, at least at first glance. A guild member though says that someone joined and immediately left at some point during that day. That doesn't explain the loss of investment, but I mention it in case it is relevant to the potential bug.

So, is there some other way we could have lost investment in the Restaurant, or is there a possible problem?

The investment goes with the player. So if someone joins he adds his investments to the tower. He will take them away again when he leaves.

Yes you have 15/16 members so you lost a player and thus their ticks and thus lost a level.

No to both of those. We lost that player before we hit level 12 on restaurant, and had not replaced them yet. That was how someone was able to join and leave on the same day: we were running with an open slot to begin with.

Is it possible one person joined and another person left? That'd end up with the same number of guildmates but with investments allocated differently

I can see who's currently in a guild, but the tool doesn't show a running leave/join log, no

No, we have the same 15 we've had for a while now. That was my first thought too.

So I checked.

Could the 16th slot been filled, leveled up the building then he left again to a different guild leaving you at 15 and down a level?
