Not 100% this is a bug but when using 2 re-roll dice on my heros second skill, Sonic Thrust, it kept the same skill both times. Not sure the mechanics behind the re-rolls if it is an entire new roll and I just got super unlucky or if it is supposed to at least give you a different skill from the re-roll

RNG is pure magic when rerolling skills, I sometimes keep careful notes of what % of any skill class I get etc, so I know there have been times where I rolled the same skill 3 times while using 5 skill dice etc ;/
