Gems Taken Away By Disconnection

I was very upset when whenever I got a gift from a guildmate, I'd lose it and get another not-so-good gift from that same person after disconnection, mostly if the first time gift was gems (which I need). I've lost 25 gems 3 times during this error. I'd like to gain those gems back as compensation for the loss. Thank you! 🙂

you did get a compensation via ingame mail (global compensation as everyone had that issue). if you did update your game (patch rolled out yesterday) it should not happen again.
