Also if anyone has any suggestions as how to get rid of this annoying issue please let me know. I've tried using a usb to aux adapter to connect to my amplifier which drives my monitors but I'm now realizing that is causing it's own weird noise and colors the sound.

turns out my rtx 4070 and mobo are both malfunctioning simultaneously.... wow my luck is awful
