If you use FL Studio, in the export section you have a button called "Zipped loop package". If you click that, the explorer/finder will show you, where you want to export the package. Choose the location and click "save". Then you just send the package to another artist.

If it doesn't work though, there is also an option to export "Project bones" in the same section. You will have to compress it into a .zip archive after this and then send it to another artist
