Ive been using soundtrap as i had no clue where to begin over a year ago,
My beats are hit and miss.
I wanna become good a producing but need a good cheap software
that is easy to navigate
I wanna switch as i never see anyone using soundtrap

FL Studio is really solid for making beats. It’s different from soundtrap but with some research and tutorials you’ll be well on your way!

Imo Ableton is better for beginners. More intuitive. And straightforward.
FL over complicates everything for no reason. Everything in FL goes through loops and hoops to get to the same result as other DAWs.
It’s very very good, especially production-wise. But not intuitive at all
