For recording some heavy metal guitar, would a dynamic/condensor (small or large diaphram) be better then interface? or can i get the same sounds and feel with eq and plugins?

Honestly personal preference when it comes to sound. I personally run my guitars through my interface and use amp sims by Neural DSP or STL. I get great sounds from just plugins and eq’s alone!
