advice #1: upload normally flac if possible because > than mp3
obs: nice voice
advice #2: independent of the mix, consider hiring a mastering engineer
vocals can sit more I agree, but around -1.5 dBFS maybe and you can benefit by mid-side procedure
advice #3: check with HOFA 4U Meter, Fader & MS-Pan (I trust that)
I like the frequencies balance (overall)

now for the flac thing, should I do that for discord only? I typically would export the final product as a wav but you know those are too big for discord

flac is compressed with capability to be reconverted to .wav without loss

it's lossless

I always send to my clientele 2 .wav + 2 .flac for convenience, like 24 + 16 bit wav and flac
