I wouldn't say it's false advertising as much as an unnoticed error. This doesn't mean -EMS- is bad, quite the contrary. They are still in the top 50 clans in EU WN8-wise, so I would let this slide.
Besides, you still haven't found a clan as -ESA-'s involvement in tournaments is currently on-hold, right?

For example your personal supply is lvl9, your current clan supply is lvl 10,and the clan u are moving to has a clan supply is lvl8. When u move your access to clan supply from 10 to 8 and your personal stays same
