Average damage of 2000 will not work because nobody will get to it because you need a lot of normal players to start with, and then others get added. I mean it doesn't help you. If only three players with the rating are in the clan and everyone else. Do not go into the clan because there are too few in the over 2000. You can then throw out the normal players and replace them with pros that would be faster and more effective

I just created this clan, so currently I am the only member.
This clan was mainly created to gather a few people with the same interests [anime mainly] regardless of their nationality or skill.
For joining this clan, there are only 2 requirements: "be friendly" and at least one tier 6 tank.
You don't have to be an anime fan if you want to join this clan, just being friendly and liking WoTB is enough ^^
The goal of our clan is to drive tournaments without players from other clans, but since I just created this clan, it will take some time.
We have some partner clans (or at least some players from these clans) who would be willing to drive tournaments with [-WEEB], so if you want to play tournaments, it's still possible even without many members. 🙂
