@whole turret No. I've always wanted arty in blitz after seeing how the T92 GMC could wreck people in 1 shot, but the map size doesnt allow for it. A lot of the maps are small, so artillery will die quickly, and even more so, the maps are a lot less open, so it would be excruciating to place an effective shot.

@strange idol You angle the side which is sidescraping, to deflect shells, you hide the hull behind terrain and exploit the strong turret, unless ofc the enemy loads prammo, but if you have terrible depression angles, use dead tank hulls, embankments, terrain features, at least anything you can use that doesnt deter the gun with its weak depression, hide your weakspots and use the strong spots, overall the purpose of a heavy tanks is to break through defenses and soak up unimaginable damage and deal heavy damage in return

@strange idol Actually that tank is one of the most dangerous T6 hts, with the ARL 44 alongside it, if you angle the hull even the slightest, you are almost immune to even some tier 7 tanks, so focus on angling your hull but not too much, but remember there are 4 tanks (in fact 3 because one of them is extremely rare in fact one in a thousand matches will you see this tank) that can pen your armor like paper, they are
ARL 44 with Top Gun (90mm DCA 45 with 212mm of pen)
Nashorn (8.8 cm Pak 43 gun, the same as the Tiger 2 or other germans with 203mm of pen)
SU-100Y (130mm naval gun with 196mm of pen)

Have others ping problems since 2 days ? Before week-end, i've pings of 25-50 in game. Since yesterday (i've not played during week-end), i've ping of 80-110 and this evening 120-140. It's now almost unplayable. I've sent a ticket to WG and i've done all tests that they suggested. The trace ping test indicated that the last 2 nodes were at 120 and all previous were at 25. So it's clearly with the server that the problem is. I'm playing on EU server.

@prisma anchor thats not how game mechanics work. The 800 roll is the amount of damage subtracted from the vehicle's hitpoints. The module hitpoints are seperate from the total vehicle's HP.
Module damage is based on chance. Chance of damaging a module can very depending on the type of module. In this case, ammoracks have a low chance of recieving module damage, even if a shell hits them. The chance to detonate them instantly with no prior damage is even lower. Using repair kits will restore all modules to full HP. You hit the ammorack, but because of the low chance to damage or detonate it, RNG wasnt in your favor. Simple as that.
